This week we have decided to abstain from publishing a blog on professional development to quite rightly ensure as much attention as possible is given to the Black Lives Matter movement and the inequalities in our society and economy.

We know it is not enough to merely condemn racism and in our quest to do our part we have ordered books and resources for the organisation to increase awareness and education on systemic racism and inequality and continue to support equal opportunities and inclusion for all.

It is time for change and we believe education is a core part of driving this change.
