This workshop will give managers a full understanding of their responsibilities as leaders. It will train delegates on what their team look to them for and what senior management want from them, emphasising the importance of taking ownership of their leadership roles. The workshop will go on to look at the different leadership styles that can be used as well as how to adapt their own styles to different situations.
